Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

  • All products are delivered in 2 to 3 business days in all cities by courier services. 

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 days from the date of order placement and/or payment.
    Alternatively, they may be shipped as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

  • Shipping timelines are subject to courier company/post office norms.
    A Perfumery (Platform Owner) shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

  • Confirmation of delivery will be sent to the email ID specified by the buyer during registration.

  • If any shipping charges are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable),
    please note that such charges are non-refundable.
